Fink's Taxonomy of Significant Learning contains six aspects of learning: Foundational Knowledge – Understanding and remembering information and ideas. Application – Developing critical, creative, or practical thinking skills. ... Human Dimension – Learning about oneself or others.

Learning Outcomes in Elizabeth's course are derived from Fink's Taxonomy of Significant Learning. Four examples are provided: the first objective is linked to foundational knowledge, the second to application, the third to human dimension, and the 4th fo learning how to learn.

At the module level, these icons are displayed and linked to what activities so students can understand the connection

The icons are also visible in Assignment Level Objectives

And, the icons are used in the Final Project Level Objectives
