Equity Affirmation
The CVC-OEI rubric is a great tool for peer input, and there are many elements of culturally responsive teaching and learning infused in it (e.g., encouraging multiple forms of assessment and prompting learners to contact instructors). The Foothill Equity Affirmation is another tool that you can use, as you refine your course work, to ensure your revisions are grounded in equity.
