Quiz #1 Rules - Academic Integrity Acknowledgement

Access Foothill College Academic Integrity declaration.  

Please read carefully and submit your acceptance below.

• This is a timed quiz on CHEM101 (under QUIZ menu - Quizzes folder).   You have 50 minutes to answer 14 questions.
• There is a separate Show-Your-Work submission required for this quiz.  For calculation questions, write down your set up and label the question numbers on scratch paper.  Scan into PDF file.  Please submit within 1 hour when you complete the quiz.

• The quiz is available from 11 AM Sunday to 12 am Monday.   A 13-hour window.

  • IMPORTANT: once a quiz is started, you cannot interrupt the quiz timer, you must complete the quiz in the time given.

  • The quiz will close automatically at 12 am on Monday. Start early so you receive the full time.

    • This includes all DRC Students. The 12 am deadline will not be extended.

• The quiz are to be completed independently by you.

• You are allowed to use the Exam Reference Sheets.

Reminders:

• • Communication with any other person about the contents of any quiz is prohibited.
  • If you need test accommodation, you must contact DRC as early as you can so they will notify the instructor to provide the accommodation.  The instructor needs at least 24-hour advance notice!
