Pre-Labs must be completed and submitted prior to the lab. Failure to submit the Pre-Lab risks not being able to participate in the lab for the week.

How to Prepare:

• Read through the Lab 06 - Green Crystals Lab paying special attention to Part A (Day 2) and Part B.
• Read through the "Analytical Balance" and "Gravity Filtration" Sections of Appendix B: Laboratory Equipment and Use.
• Refresh you memory on "How to Prepare a Burette for a Titration" and "How to Read the Volume off a Burette".

What to bring:

For lab this week you will want to make sure you have the following:

  • Access to Lab 06 - Green Crystals Parts B (Note: A physical copy is recommended to minimize the risk of damaging your digital device(s).)
  • Calculator (graphing or scientific)

• • Proper Lab Attire

For the prelab, you will be allowed three (3) attempts.
